Terms & conditions




1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the “30 Days of AI” campaign (“Campaign”) organised by Gigged Ltd. (“Organizer”), in partnership with OpenAI.

1.2. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.



2.1. The Campaign is open to registered businesses operating within the United Kingdom.

2.2. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.


Campaign Period:

3.1. The Campaign commences on 1st November 2023 and concludes on 30th November 2023.



4.1. Eligible businesses may apply for participation in the Campaign through the prescribed process.

4.2. Selection for participation will be at the sole discretion of the Organiser and OpenAI’s panel.


Awards and Recognition:

5.1. Selected businesses may receive underwriting for their projects, exclusive OpenAI credits, and other benefits as described in the Campaign announcement.

5.2. Awards will be distributed every two weeks during the Campaign period.


Intellectual Property:

6.1. Participants retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in their submissions but grant the Organiser and OpenAI a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and promote the submissions as part of the Campaign.


Data Protection and Privacy:

7.1. All personal data submitted by participants will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organizer’s privacy policy.



8.1. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Campaign or acceptance of the awards.



9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Scots Law and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
