Rich spent over a decade in senior leadership roles at Allegis Group, and later advised CIOs and tech leaders during his time at Gartner. He is a thought leader on AI and the future of work and is passionate about promoting mental health.

Craig Short

CTO & Co-Founder

An accomplished platform builder, Craig has worked for some of the UK’s largest banks and been CTO at a fast-growing tech firm. With 12 years’ experience as a freelancer, Craig is passionate about making life easier for other freelancers.

David Patteson

CFO

David's career spans listed companies, private equity, and founder-led startups. With deep experience in the talent management sector, he has seen first-hand how recruitment and broader service businesses are evolving, adopting technology to stay competitive and meet investor expectations.

Rachel Scougall

Head of Customer Success

Rachel started her career in the recruitment sector, specialising in IT contract recruitment across the UK. She joined Gigged.AI in 2021 and has since built out the Customer Success team, ensuring our processes put customer needs at the heart of what we do.

Sean MacNicol

Head of Growth Marketing

Sean has spent over a decade working in growth and marketing roles for fast-growing B2B and Marketplace scaleups. He is passionate about building impactful brands and working closely with founders as they scale their growth engine.

Rachel King

Head of Product

Rachel has been involved in product management for Gigged.AI since its beta launch in July 2021, working her way into the Head of Product role. Her focus is on ensuring that Gigged.AI's products meet customer needs and provide a flawless user experience.

John Brodie

Non-Exec Chairman

John is a data scientist by trade and a business leader with more than 20 years’ leadership experience. He’s passionate about solving customer challenges through the power of data and AI – and was an early investor in Gigged.AI.

Victoria Peppiatt

Non-Exec Director

Victoria is a serial entrepreneur with a love for building tech that solves real-world problems. Recognised as Tech Entrepreneur of the Year by Management Today, she is known for bold ideas, hands-on leadership and a track record of turning white space into fast-growing ventures.
